Our Community
At GLM, we understand education as a collective endeavor. Students, families, teachers, school leaders, early childhood centers, and alumni are part of a community that shares values, builds connections, and contributes to creating the school we want.

Liderazgo & Participación
Leadership and School Governance
Leadership Team
As a nonprofit corporation, Gimnasio La Montaña is an institution with no owners, where every decision is made exclusively for the development and well-being of our community. We have a school governance structure that brings together vision, leadership, and strategic management to protect the essence of our educational project and project it confidently into the future.
This work is guided by the vision of the Senior Council and Board of Directors, the strategic leadership of the principal, the close support of the founding school advisors, and the ongoing commitment of our academic and leadership teams.

School Governance
At Gimnasio La Montaña, we understand school governance as a living space for civic education, leadership, and participation. Through our representative bodies, students, teachers, school leaders, and families foster empathy, critical thinking, and responsible decision-making. Here, our students exercise their voice, learn to build consensus, and transform their environment through service and teamwork.

Lifelong Bond
A Community That Keeps Growing Beyond La Montaña
Being a Montañista also means:
Carrying a history, values, and a way of seeing the world. Our alumni are part of a community that stays connected, shares experiences, and continues to build new paths.
